Exterior: Scrapes and dented skirting on left side. Roof ladder is bent and one mounting leg has been pulled oout.

Interior: Blemishes in woodwork and trim and missing a few pieces of trim. Broken light fixture above kitchen island. Living room sofa is worn.

Mechanical: Generator starts but does not stay running. Front left slide does not function.
