Details: Water damage.

Exterior: Roof is patched in a few areas and is very soft on right side front corner. A lot of caulking down the corners and around the roof. Hail dings throughout. Left taillight is broken and a front marker light damaged. Right side rear corner siding is loose and is dented. Awning is torn.

Interior: Floor has soft spots. Front right corner in bedroom is rotted and water damaged.
