Details: Recovered from a fresh water flood.

Mechanical: Arrived partially disassembled with multiple components removed and wiring disconnected. The display console will power on but has a connection issue and will not report hours. Engine does turn by hand. Several electrical components are heavily corroded. It's unknown if all parts are present. The tracks are unlocked to allow it to roll.
