Exterior: Lower front corner seal on front slide-out is damaged.

Interior: Water damage in rear slide-out floor and side wall. Front slide-out floor is also water damaged towards the front. Both slides have had the carpet removed. Floor is rotten, damaged, and very soft near the bedroom entry and living room slide-out area. The floor also has soft spots across the entire left side of the RV. Bed frame is stained. Missing booth cushions.
