Exterior: The center slide-out motor appears to be missing (does not operate). Slide-out corners are bent. Scratches across left side.

Interior: Entryway floor is soft and bathroom floor is very soft. Hole has been cut in wall under bathtub. Some of the trim and insulation are ripped out. The walls and ceiling are discolored yellow (prior smokers). Heavy wear and staining throughout. Strong odor of trash and urine. Areas of wear in trim and woodwork.
