Exterior: Barnacle buildup on the lower half of the hull. Light wear.
Interior: Canopy canvas has been removed. The navigation light lens and cover on the console are broken/removed.
Mechanical: Does not start. The engine is locked up/will not turn over. Battery needs to be replaced. Corrosion on the battery terminal connectors.
