Exterior: The condition of the lower hull cannot be determined because the bottom is covered with an infestation of barnacles, oysters, and mussels.
Interior: The corner of the windscreen is broken and the starboard center mount is detached. Moisture trapped in the gauges (many of the switch's do not operate). Sun faded with stains in various locations.
Mechanical: Does not start. No power to the starter. Battery needs to be replaced (unrelated).
