Exterior: A few minor scratches and a crack in the windshield. Good overall condition for its age.

Interior: Drivers seat has a hole in the backside. Light wear throughout.

Mechanical: The generator won't crank over (hours unknown) and the service indicator light flashes. Unit arrived with frozen water lines and has a heavy leak in the right rear corner behind the hot water heater. May have possible unknown leaks. The coach batteries need replacing.

Tire Tread (Updated): Outer rear and front tires appear to be newer. The rear inner wheels are removed and heavily worn (may not hold air).
