Exterior: Light scratches and fading. The roof membrane is bubbled in the front. Dings and scrapes in the rear left corner.

Interior: Dinette table is missing the legs and the cushions are worn. Small cracks in upholstery. Inside entry door handle does not work. Dash stereo is missing. See photos for additional details.

Mechanical: Engine smells of a coolant leak while running but unable to locate. Generator has been removed and the wiring is cut. Kitchen faucet leaks in cabinet. Coach batteries need replacement.
