Exterior: Mild fading. Right fender missing and right skirting damaged from tire blowout. Scrape in right rear corner. There's adhesive around the bedroom slide-out seals. Small puncture in roof membrane immediately behind skylight.

Interior (updated): The floors feel spongy. Peeling wallpaper in bedroom. Missing a few pieces of trim. Stains in carpeting. Right bedroom wall panel seam has been glued. Bedroom door is removed but included. See photos for details.

Tire Tread: 25%. The spare and original wheel both have a blown tire.

Other: The bedroom slide-out does not operate.
