Exterior: Missing water heater access panel. 2" tear in right rear edge of roof membrane. Several punctures in roof membrane across rear. Rear roof vent damaged.

Interior: Missing dining table, microwave, and electric fireplace. Window blinds are damaged and one missing. Hole in door screen and screen door hinge is loose.
