Mechanical (updated): Starts, but runs rough. The engine is in limp mode (operating at a reduced power). Check engine light is on showing codes P0016, P0017, P0089, and P228D. Service Stabilitrak message is displayed. The odometer occasionally shows as all dashes. The exhaust is broken off halfway back. Battery needs to be replaced. Lot driven only due to being in limp mode (untested beyond).
