Exterior: Moderate scratches on both sides. Scuffs in the rear of the roof and front bumper.

Interior: Normal wear.

Mechanical: During our initial test drive the electronic throttle was not operating (had idled the vehicle in drive). After starting the vehicle again, the throttle functioned and the car was drivable. The issue could be related the battery only showing a 30% charge which may have caused the electronics to malfunction. Brake light indicator is on and the brakes feel soft. Rear brake pads are heavily worn but the front pads appear okay. There are multiple service notifications for fluid changes and brake pad replacement. Engine has some typical oil leaks around the valve cover area and a small coolant leak from the coolant elbow.
