2014 Lance 1172 equipped with a fiberglass exterior, two slideouts, bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a Cummins Onan RV QG 2500 LP generator that shows 369.2 hours.

Exterior: The roof seams are peeling. Fiberglass damage/cracks that are covered with tape. Delaminated and sun faded in various locations with scratches and rust.
Interior: The dinette table is difficult to retract. Stains in the furniture and carpets. Scratches on wood trims/cabinetry. Nicotine odor.
Mechanical: Generator does not start/untested due to empty propane tanks. Exposed wiring near the generator control buttons. The battery needs to be charged/replaced.
