Exterior: The tongue jack is bent in its mount. Dings and scratches as shown. Missing a vent cover. Dent/crack in door. Front awning bracket is sticking out.

Interior: Soft spots with a couple holes under the front left window and another in the bathroom wall near the toilet. Areas of the ceiling are soft in the rear in the bathroom and above the bunk. Screen door latch is broken. View photos for additional details.
