Exterior: The roof is damaged. The roof membrane is torn in various locations and there is a small hole in the front roof vent.

Interior: The shower floor is cracked. Normal wear from use.

Mechanical (updated): The motors for the front jacks power on but the jacks won't move. Battery needs to be replaced.
