Exterior: The left rear corner had been scraped. Missing the main awning. Small screw holes in the rear as shown. See images for additional cosmetic blemishes.
Interior: The living room and kitchen area had adhesive carpet that had been removed, leaving adhesive residue on the linoleum. There are also cut marks in the linoleum, as shown. A piece of trim is broken off the slide-out. The overhead bunk in the cab will not lower or raise. Previous pets. Cigarette odor.
Mechanical: Generator cranks over but unable to test start due to low fuel.
