Exterior: Both front stabilizer jacks are bent. Tears in the awning. Unit had had arrived with a tarp over the top of the slide-out due to a leak.

Interior: Missing the oven handle and a floor vent cover near the master bed. Dining table finish is bubbling. The lower bunk is missing the top layer of plywood. The slide-out ceiling is sagging. Stains in slide-out carpet and water stains in bunk room in the lower left corner. See photos for additional details.
