Exterior: A window pane in the rear has been replaced with plexiglass. Stains on right side. Front left window has been caulked around. Holes had been drilled in the upper front left near the top. Shore power cover is broken. See images for additional details.

Interior: Missing furniture and decorative trim/wall in the rear that spanned across the ceiling. The shower walls and floor are stained. The flooring is ripped in front of the sofa. Miscellaneous screw holes in the walls and blemishes in the woodwork.
