Exterior: The previous owner put brake lights on PVC pipes; one is damaged, and the other is missing. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
Interior: Carpet upholstery is stained, and a latch on a compartment is broken.
Mechanical: Turns over slowly. The starter seems to be locking up or there's a possible poor electrical connection. The unit has no keys (has been lock picked).
