Description
2021 Forest River Sandpiper 373BH featuring four slide-outs, and outdoor kitchen, dual entry, bath & 1/2, rear bunk room, an upstairs master bedroom, and an island kitchen.
Exterior: Heavy roof sealer (or paint) run off around the edges of the roof. Delamination in the upper front right wall. Scrapes in the left rear corner. The front entry handle is broken at the bottom.
Interior: The wall to the left of the master bed is cracked. The master bedroom closet cabinet has been spray foamed in the corners. The floor corners in the kitchen are spongy. The dinette slide-out flooring material has been replaced. Water stains around the base of the kitchen cabinets. Peeling laminate from the cabinetry and woodwork in areas.
