The City does not warrant (express or implied), guarantee, or otherwise assure the condition of solicited aggregate. Buyers may leave aggregate at the Sewage Treatment Plant location at their own risk with a removal deadline of no later May 21st, 2026. Signs may be placed with approval of the City at the aggregate site outlining ownership, but aggregate will be left unsecured, unguarded, and no guarantee for Buyer's final and complete transfer of all aggregate material. The City is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged aggregate left at the Sewage Treatment Plant. Aggregate must be removed from City property by May 21st, 2026.
