Exterior: Faded gel coat and graphics. The awning is weathered. The bottom step of the entry staircase has been removed (included), and a lock has been installed on the entry door.
Interior: Wear in the dinette upholstery, the dinette table is broken on the edge, and the living room TV is broken. Various blemishes in the cabinetry and woodwork as shown.
