International IH 784 Tractor w/ 2250 International Loader. Tractor starts & runs. Has both the 540 and 1,000 PTO's. 1 set of rear hydraulic remotes. Unit currently shows 3,691 hours; however, the hour gauge and tachometer do not appear to work. Unit includes loader with bucket. We are also getting a new battery for tractor. Please inspect.
