Description
2013 Forest River Surveyor Select SV305 equipped with two slideouts, a master bedroom, bunkroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and an exterior kitchenette.
Exterior: Tears in the roof membrane near the ladder connections, front corners, and to the right of the a/c unit. Soft spots/water damage in the front corners of the roof. Dents in the skirting behind the left wheel wells, the top of the ladder is bent on the right side, and marker light covers are missing. Sun faded with scratches and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The wall/ceiling above the entry door is soft/water-damaged. The bedroom flooring has been replaced, and trim has been installed on the walls. Damaged mount on one of the bedroom doors, and a portion of the bed frame is missing. Cracks in the entry door, stains in the carpets, and scuffs on wood trims. See pictures for details.
