Exterior: The shore power outlet has been sealed/glued around and has a scrape below. The left rear corner seam has been taped. Small tears in the awning and a few small tears in the roof. Water damage in the rear underside of the right slide-out.
Interior: Tear in the flooring in front of the dinette and peeled laminate from the dinette table. The storage compartment below the right dinette is damaged. The floor corner to the rear of the slide-out is soft and separating. Holding tank odor in the bathroom. Various blemishes in the woodwork and cabinetry as shown.
