Exterior: The awning is torn, and seals around the windows are weathered/peeling. Paint is faded, with scratches and scuffs in various locations around the body.
Interior: The furniture upholstery is worn/peeling, scuffs on wood trims, and wallpaper peeling. The wall and flooring on both sides of the bed are soft (old water damage). See pictures for details.
