Description
2018 Forest River Wildcat 28SGX featuring three slide-outs, a rear living room and kitchen, entertainment center, bathroom with walk-in shower, and a front bedroom.
Exterior: Delamination in the left side near the front, the awning is weathered and torn, and the graphics are faded on the front. Tears in the right side of the roof. Soft areas in the roof at the front, consistent with areas of interior water damage.
Interior: Soft spots in the floor at the top of the stairs, in front of the toilet, and a very soft spot to the left of the bed. Heavy water damage across the ceiling from the top of the stairway and bathroom to the front. Water damage in the right bedroom wall. Mildew odor. See images for additional details.
