1993 35' Southwind. This unit is in overall very good condition for a 93. The engine was rebuilt at 95,876 miles, new brake pads at 86530 miles, new tires have only 2500 miles. Unit also had new countertops & sink installed in 02, new carpet in 99, new couch & chairs in 01 & a new main awning in 01 (4 total). Ford 460 V8 with Onan 7000 generator. Unit runs & drives great.
