Exterior: Cracked decals throughout the unit. The weather strip on the front right of the unit is peeling off. The step ladder is detached from the entrance.
Interior: Soft spot on the left side of the wall near the window in the master bedroom. Light fixtures are either hanging or missing. Stickers stuck to the floor. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
