Exterior: Front right window is loosely mounted in place. Patch in center right of roof and the rafters have a warped appearance. Dent in right skirting near entry door. The underbelly is torn and the black water tank is strapped in place.
Interior: Areas of the interior have been painted with some areas poorly painted. Stains in carpeting. The refrigerator had been replaced with an improperly sized unit. Bedroom closet door is off track. Wear and cosmetic blemishes in the cabinetry, woodwork, and trim. See images for additional details.
