Exterior: Front right window is loosely mounted in place. Patch in center right of roof and the rafters have a warped appearance. Dent in right skirting near entry door. The underbelly is torn and the black water tank is strapped in place.
Interior: Areas of the interior have been painted with some areas poorly painted. Stains in carpeting. The refrigerator had been replaced with an improperly sized unit.
