Total Loss. 1992 Viking Spirit SP 235 pop-up trailer. Interior light was left on when cover was closed causing burns in canvas and upholstery & small portion of ceiling. The unit folds up & down fine. Includes furnace, stove, refrigerator, bike rack, jacks & awining with screen room.

Burns to canvas, upholstery & cieling, cieling lamp, small dent in rear bumper, misc. chips & holes to exterior that have been caulked. This trailer is at our Michigan City, Indiana location.
