Police Forfeiture. This SnapOn KRL Series Roll Cab 12 Drawer Toolbox was siezed by the St. Paul Police Department. Item features twelve drawers, top mat, casters and grab handle. The toolbox is black with multi-colored framing on the front. All of the drawers work great, but there is no key for the lock. This Roll Cab sold new for around $4000.00.
