The item is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Unit MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. The starter is missing so we were unable to run the motor. The remainder of the vehicle is in average condition for the mileage with some minor dents & rust.
