Bank Repo. This is a 2002 Vespa ET 4150. This unit idles but will need the carb cleaned (kills when you hit the throttle). Cosmetically there are a few scratches to the right side where it appears the unit tipped over.(see photos).

Carb needs cleaning, scratches to right side & battery will need to be charged or replaced.
