CITY OF ST. PAUL IMPOUND VEHICLE. This 1994 Ford Taurus is an impounded vehicle being sold on behalf of the City of St. Paul Police Department. The item is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Unit MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. We were able to get the motor running but it has issues. Once running if you take your foot off the gas it kills and is then very difficult to get running again. There are misc. dents and the headliner is shredded.
