Total Loss. This boat appears to have rolled. Its easier to point out the useable equipment on this one and just assume the remainder is history. The 1994 Evinrude 9.9 Kicker looks OK, the 1978 Evinrude 85hp outboard has a bent skeg and the cover is missing, there is a marine radio that looks ok also. The trailer does not appear to be damaged and tows fine.
