CITY OF ST. PAUL IMPOUND VEHICLE. This 1994 Chev Suburban is an impounded vehicle being sold on behalf of the City of St. Paul Police Department. The vehicle is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Vehicle MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. This truck runs fine but will need the battery replaced. Overall its in typical condition for the age & mileage.
