Total Loss. This 1989 Harley Davidson FLHTC took a hit to the rear. Damage to luggage compartment, both saddle bags & rear signals. Includes new rear tire & AM/FM cassette. The bike starts & runs but the previous owner has it rigged to start by pushing in a bolt coming directly off the starter. THE TITLE IS STAMPED "JUNKED" IN WI AND THIS BIKE CANNOT BE RETITLED--PARTS ONLY.
