Bank Repo. This is a 2003 Toro Wheel Horse Tractor. This tractor includes Toro Power Plus 18hp motor, snowblower, wheel weights & enclosed cab cover. The motor will start & run on starting fluid then it dies. Carb will probably need to be cleaned.
