CITY OF ST. PAUL IMPOUND VEHICLE. This 1995 Chevrolet Van is an impounded vehicle being sold on behalf of the City of St. Paul Police Department. The item is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Unit MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. This 1995 Chevrolet van is in need of some repairs. The van was used as a delivery vehicle and has A/C, AM/FM radio and the interior is wide open. The vehicle was impounded and we are unable to get it to fire.

Misc. rust, dents and scratches. Vehcile does not run so we do not know the state of the engine.
