The item is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Unit MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. The vehicle is in overall average condition and does have a JVC KD6210 stereo and a nice set of rims. We could not get the vehicle started and it may need to be towed away.
