Total Loss. This 1997 Regal Ventura 23' boat was involved in an accident that caused the boat to capsize. The interior is covered in a thin layer of oil and the boat will need its motor completely rebuilt (water in the oil). The boat does appear to have been in good condition prior to the accident. Boat comes with a 1998 Shoreland'r trailer.
