Bank Repo. This 2004 Kawasaki KVF 400 is a repo that looks more like a total loss. The handlebars are missing, front sprocket is missing, key is missing, front grab bar is bent, rear grab bar is missing, clutch lever is bent & the plastic is scuffed. The motor turns over fine but didn't start.
