CITY OF ST. PAUL IMPOUND VEHICLE. This Yamaha Zuma is an impounded scooter being sold on behalf of the City of St. Paul Police Department. The item is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Unit MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. This scooter appears to have been stolen & recovered. Scrapes to left side, handlebar plastic is scraped & missing, ignition switch is punched & the battery is dead. The motor turns over fine but doesn't start(possibly related to bad switch). We are not sure what year this scooter is do to missing decals & vin tag.
