This trailer includes awning, 4-slide outs, walk in shower, sleeper sofa, kitchen with center island, refrigerator, oven, microwave, fireplace, central vac, ceiling fan, floor hamper & alloy wheels. This trailer is in overall good condition but has a couple of minor issues.

shower door opens hard, mattress is missing, table & chairs are missing, vent cover in ceiling is off, carpet needs minor cleanup.
