Minor scrape to right rear, swivel chair by entry door is stained, carpet needs steam cleaning by entry door, the vinyl floor covering in the bathroom area is split, damage to wall paper behind bathroom sink(previous owner had attached a wood tray that came off), a few minor surfaces scratches to basement doors, one roof vent is missing (taped shut). Unit is in good overall condition and would be very nice with the listed issues addressed.
