Total loss-This is a 1999 Harley Davidson Sportster. This bike went down and it went down hard, There is damage to the pegs, the gas tank is scratched and dented in the front right, paint is chipped on the left side of the gas tank, both tail lights are broken, both mirrors are broken and bent, left turn signal is broken, turns over won't start, passenger seat bracket is bent, rear fender is bent and paint is missing, handle bars are twisted.
