Unit includes dual roof A/C units, awning, Onan Marquis 5000 generator, reverse camera, sleeper sofa, booth dinette, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Flexsteel seating, leveling jacks, tub/shower, 2-TV's & VCR. The generator runs great and the unit runs/drivesw well. Unit appears to have been well cared for.

Carpet needs steam cleaning, crack to right rear upper corner, ladder is bent and right rear upper marker lamp is broken. Exterior is otherwise typical for the age & mileage.
