Unit includes A/c, receiver hitch, awning, Kohler Confidant 4 generator, reverse camera, TV, CB, fold out sofa, refrigerator, oven, microwave & shower. Unit runs/drives well.

clearcoat is peeling from lower compartment doors, upholstery showing some wear, rear carbon monoxide detector is hanging down, two of the upper cabinet doors are broken and need to be re-glued, no key for front engine compartment. Alternator went out and we had it replaced with new.
